Ingredients for Apple Carrot Cake Recipe in Airfryer
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 tea glass of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tea glass of oil
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanillin
  • 1 carrot (small size, grated )
  • 1 red apple ( small size, grated)
  • 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 8 walnuts ( crushed )

For the above:

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

To Lubricate the Mold:

  • 1 teaspoon butter (melted)

How to Make Apple Carrot Cake Recipe in the Airfryer?

  • Turn the Airfryer on cake mode and let it heat up.
  • Place grated carrots and apples in a pan. Add 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar on it. Cook until the carrots and apples release their juices. Remove from stove. Then let it cool.
  • Place granulated sugar and eggs into a deep bowl. Whisk until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add oil and milk to the mixture and continue whisking. Finally, sift and add flour, vanillin and baking powder to the mixture. Mix with spatula.
  • Add the cooled carrot and grated apple to the dough mixture. Add cinnamon and walnuts and mix with a spatula.
  • Grease the large Airfryer mold with melted butter and pour the cake mixture into it.
  • Place the mold in the hot chamber of the Airfryer and close the chamber. Press and hold the time button to set it to 15 minutes and start cooking.
  • At the end of the time, carefully invert the cake onto a plate, place it back into the mold and close the bowl.
  • Run the Airfryer in cake mode again. After the first 10 minutes, gently insert a toothpick into the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, finish the cooking process by pressing the off button.
  • After the first temperature has passed, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired and serve.
