  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tea glass of oil
  • 1/2 tea glass of milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanillin
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 1 banana (mashed )
  • 7 teaspoons chocolate cream

How to Make Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe in the Airfryer?

  • Turn the Airfryer on cake mode and let it heat up.
  • Take sugar and eggs in a deep bowl. Whisk until the sugar dissolves. Add oil, mashed banana, water and milk to the mixture and mix.
  • Then sift and add flour, baking powder, vanillin and cocoa to the mixture. Mix using a spatula.
  • Fill the mixture into small muffin molds, filling them halfway up the molds. Add a teaspoon of spreadable chocolate cream to each. Add the cake mixture again, leaving some space in the molds.
  • Place the muffin molds into the hot airfryer chamber and replace the chamber. Set it to 18 minutes by pressing and holding the time button.
  • At the end of the cooking time, insert a toothpick into the muffins. If the toothpick comes out clean, it means the baking process is completed.
  • Remove the muffins from the bowl and sprinkle powdered sugar on them when they reach room temperature.
