- 2 squares puff pastry
- 1 egg _
- 3 slices of sausage
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1 village pepper
How to Make Breakfast Puff Pastry Recipe in Lightfry?
- Start Vestel Lightfry in pastry mode and let it heat up.
- Stack the puff pastry squares diagonally on top of each other and press together with a rolling pin.
- Place the dough in a 6 cm tart mold and poke holes in it with the tip of a fork.
- Chop the sausages and peppers into very small cubes, add the thyme and mix. Place the mixture on the puff pastry.
- Place the stuffed puff pastry you prepared into the chamber of the Vestel Lightfry and close it.
- Manually set the time to 12 minutes.
- After the first 10 minutes, pull out the chamber, break 1 egg on the tart and close the chamber again.
- At the end of the cooking time, serve your breakfast puff pastry hot.
