Although yeast pastries are very popular, it is also possible to make yeast-free pastries that are just as soft. We entered the kitchen to help you prepare it in the most practical way. We got help from the Airfryer with a single click, and our cheese and yeast-free pastries were ready immediately. You can consume it either with cakes and pastries at tea time or as breakfast.
- 1 egg _
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tea glass of oil
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
For the above:
- 1 egg _
- 1 teaspoon sesame
- 1 teaspoon black cumin
For internal mortar:
- 100 grams of white cheese
- 1 handful of parsley (chopped)

How to Make Cheese and Yeastless Pastry Recipe in Airfryer?
- For the pastry dough, first mix the eggs, milk, sugar, salt and oil in a deep bowl. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture and knead to make dough.
- For the filling, in a separate bowl, mix the cheese and chopped parsley by crushing them with a fork.
- Tear off walnut-sized pieces from the dough, press them lightly in your palm, and place the cheese mixture in the middle. Close the edges and roll.
- Turn the Airfryer on to burrito mode and let it heat for 5 minutes.
- Carefully place a piece of baking paper into the heated bowl and place the pastries on the paper.
- After applying egg yolk on the pastries, sprinkle black cumin and sesame seeds and close the bowl.
- Set it to 12 minutes by pressing and holding the time button.
- At the end of the time, when your pastries turn golden yellow, take them out and serve them hot.
