Ingredients for Cheese and Yeastless Pastry Recipe in the Airfryer
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tea glass of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

For the above:

  • 1 egg _
  • 1 teaspoon sesame
  • 1 teaspoon black cumin

For internal mortar:

  • 100 grams of white cheese
  • 1 handful of parsley (chopped)

To Cook:

  • 1 baking paper

How to Make Cheese and Yeastless Pastry Recipe in Airfryer?

  • For the pastry dough, first mix the eggs, milk, sugar, salt and oil in a deep bowl. Add flour and baking powder to the mixture and knead to make dough.
  • For the filling, in a separate bowl, mix the cheese and chopped parsley by crushing them with a fork.
  • Tear off walnut-sized pieces from the dough, press them lightly in your palm, and place the cheese mixture in the middle. Close the edges and roll.
  • Turn the Airfryer on to burrito mode and let it heat for 5 minutes.
  • Carefully place a piece of baking paper into the heated bowl and place the pastries on the paper.
  • After applying egg yolk on the pastries, sprinkle black cumin and sesame seeds and close the bowl.
  • Set it to 12 minutes by pressing and holding the time button.
  • At the end of the time, when your pastries turn golden yellow, take them out and serve them hot.
