  • 8 artichoke hearts
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Crispy Artichoke Hearts Recipe in Lightfry?

  • Boil the artichoke hearts in boiling water with lemon juice for 5 minutes and drain. Then leave it to cool.
  • Mix flour, salt, black pepper, red pepper powder and garlic powder in a bowl.
  • In a different bowl, beat the egg with a pinch of salt.
  • Again, put the breadcrumbs in a different bowl.
  • Start Vestel Lightfry in vegetable mode and let it heat up.
  • To ensure that the water from the warm artichoke hearts is completely drained, dry them lightly with paper towels.
  • Coat the artichoke hearts first in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs. Do the same for all the artichokes.
  • Lightly oil the hot Vestel Lightfry chamber with a brush, place the artichoke hearts in the chamber, brush some oil on them and close the chamber. Set it to 12 minutes by pressing and holding the time button.
  • After the first 5 minutes, remove the bowl and shake it occasionally and continue cooking until all the artichoke hearts are browned.
