Ingredients for Lightfry Crispy Bacon and Cheesy Potatoes Recipe
  • 2 medium sized potatoes
  • 6 slices of pastrami without fenugreek
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For Cheese Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1.5 tea glasses of milk
  • 8 triangles of melted cheese
  • 1 teaspoon curry

For the above:

  • 1 sprig of spring onion
  • 2 gherkins _

How to Make Crispy Bacon and Cheesy Potato Recipe in Lightfry?

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Soak the potatoes in cold water for half an hour, then drain and dry the potatoes.
  • Start Vestel Lightfry in french fries mode and let it heat up.
  • Mix the potatoes with oil and salt.
  • Place the potatoes in the hot bowl and close the bowl.
  • After the first 5 minutes, pull out the bowl and shake it occasionally.
  • While the potatoes continue to cook, fry the oil, butter and flour in a medium-sized saucepan on the stove until fragrant. Add milk to the mixture little by little and stir constantly.
  • When the mixture starts to thicken, add the cheese triangles and continue mixing. After the cheese melts, add the curry powder, stir and remove from the stove.
  • Chop the bacon into small cubes. Add the diced bacon onto the potatoes that have started to fry.
  • Cook until the bacon is crispy and the potatoes are golden brown. If necessary, you can extend the time by pressing the time button.
  • Finely chop the spring onion and gherkins and mix.
  • Place the fried potatoes and bacon in a serving bowl and pour the curry cheese sauce over them. Finally, sprinkle the finely chopped spring onion and gherkin mixture and serve.
