  • 1 chicken breast ( 200 grams)
  • 1 egg _
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Crispy Chicken Slices Recipe in the Airfryer?

  • Cut the chicken breast into 1 cm thick strips.
  • Put the egg, flour and breadcrumbs in different bowls and add salt and pepper to all of them, little by little. Mix each ingredient in its own bowl.
  • Coat the chicken pieces first in the egg, then in the flour, then again in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  • Turn the Airfryer on chicken mode and let it heat for 3 minutes.
  • Oil the hot bowl with a brush and place the chicken slices. Oil the chicken and start the cooking process.
  • Every 2-3 minutes, remove the bowl and shake the chickens and turn them upside down. Continue the process until the chicken pieces are browned, about 8 minutes, and serve hot.
