Ingredients for Crispy Chicken with Tomato Sauce and Cheddar in Lightfry
  • 1 chicken breast ( 200 grams)
  • 1 egg _
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tea glass of tomato puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 clove of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Crispy Chicken with Tomato Sauce and Cheddar in Lightfry?

  • Cut the chicken breast in half and cut it into two fillets.
  • Put the egg, flour and breadcrumbs in different bowls and add salt and pepper to all of them, little by little. Mix each ingredient in its own bowl.
  • Coat the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
  • Start Vestel Lightfry in chicken mode and wait for it to warm up.
  • Oil the hot bowl with a brush and place the chicken pieces. Oil the chicken and start the cooking process.
  • Every 2-3 minutes, remove the bowl and turn the chickens upside down. Continue the process until the chicken pieces are browned, about 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, for the sauce, mix tomato puree, thyme, garlic, a small amount of salt and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Place the cooked chickens on the mini tray. Pour the sauce you prepared on top. Finally, place the kashar slices and place them back in the Vestel Lightfry, cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
