  • Mix all the ingredients needed for crispy chickpeas in a bowl, put them in the hot bowl, and after the first 5 minutes, remove them from time to time and shake the chickpeas until they become crispy.
  • Remove the crispy chickpeas from the bowl and let them sit at room temperature.

  • Chop the cauliflower and eggplant into small cubes.
