- 10 baby potatoes ( halved)
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
For Salsa Sauce:
- 1 medium sized tomato (peeled)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 medium sized onion
- 2 sprigs of fresh coriander
- 4 slices of pickled jalapeno peppers
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grape vinegar
For the above:
- 2 tablespoons of strained yoghurt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make Crispy Potatoes with Salsa in the Airfryer Recipe?
- Peel the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise. Soak the potatoes in cold water for half an hour, drain and dry.
- Turn the Airfryer on to French fries mode and let it heat up.
- Mix the potatoes with oil and salt.
- Place the potatoes in the hot bowl and close the bowl.
- After the first 5 minutes, pull out the bowl and shake it occasionally. Continue this process until the potatoes are fried.
- For salsa sauce; Grind peeled tomatoes, garlic, onion, fresh coriander, pickled jalapeno, lime juice, salt and vinegar in a chopper. Pour the mixture into a strainer and let it sit at room temperature.
- Lightly whisk the yoghurt with salt.
- Place the fried potatoes in a serving bowl, add salsa sauce and finally yoghurt and serve.
