  • 1 piece of dough
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 carrot (small size )
  • 1/2 zucchini (small size )
  • 1/2 capia pepper
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon canned corn
  • 1/2 onion (small size )
  • 1 clove of garlic (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

To Grease the Pastries:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Crispy Vegetable Fritters Recipe in Lightfry?

  • Chop the carrots, zucchini, colored peppers and onions into thin long strips.
  • Place a large pan on the stove and cook the vegetables over high heat for about 5 minutes until they lose their firmness.
  • Add soy sauce, corn, garlic, salt and pepper to the cooked vegetables and mix.
  • Put the mixture in a strainer and let it rest until it cools down slightly.
  • Cut the dough into 16 equal triangles with the help of a knife.
  • Start Vestel Lightfry in pastry mode and let it heat up.
  • Take some of the vegetable mixture and spread it over the wide part of the dough. Fold the edges, wrap it like a pencil pastry, and close it by moistening the end of the dough with water.
  • Apply oil on all the pastries using a brush.
  • Place the pastries in the hot chamber of Vestel Lightfry and close the chamber. Set it to 15 minutes by pressing and holding the time button.
  • After the first 5 minutes, pull the bowl from time to time and shake the pastries or turn them upside down with tongs.
  • Bake the pastries until all surfaces turn golden brown and serve hot.
