  • Chop the tenderloin and vegetables into thick strips. Mix the chopped ingredients with oil, salt and pepper and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  • Turn the Airfryer on meat mode and let it heat for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the mixture into the heated bowl, spread it in a single layer and start cooking.
  • Turn the ingredients upside down by pulling and shaking the bowl every 2-3 minutes. Continue this process for 10-12 minutes.
