Ingredients for Honey Cheese Recipe in Airfryer
  • 500 grams of Hatay Cheese from Hatay
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs _
  • 2 cups bread crumbs

For Service:

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds

How to Make Honey Cheese Recipe in the Airfryer?

  • First, put the flour in a refrigerator bag for the breading process. Beat the eggs in a large bowl and place the bread crumbs in a separate bowl.
  • Transfer the Hatay cheeses in small pieces to the bag with flour, close the mouth and shake and make sure all the cheeses are completely covered with flour.
  • Dip the floured cheeses one by one in the egg and then in the bread crumbs. When rolling in bread crumbs, be sure to press lightly with your palm, so the crumbs will stick much better.
  • Place the cheese you prepared in the airfryer and cook at 150 degrees for 8-10 minutes. You can also do this by baking it in a 150 degree fan oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the hot cheeses from the bowl, sprinkle red pepper powder on them, drizzle plenty of honey, add the final touch with roasted sesame seeds and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
