  • 2 sea bass fillets (medium size, with skin)
  • 2 lemons _
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Cut the sea bass fillets in half horizontally. Make thin cuts on the skinned sides with a knife and salt both surfaces of the fish.
  • Cut 8 ring slices from lemons
  • Turn the Airfryer on fish mode and let it warm up for 3 minutes.
  • Oil the hot chamber with a brush. Oil the fish too.
  • Place lemon slices into the bowl first. Place a piece of fish, skin side up, on both lemon slices and start the cooking process.
