Ingredients for Stuffed Steak with Vegetables in Lightfry Recipe

For Meat:

  • 500 grams of beef tenderloin (8 thin slices)
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

For Vegetables:

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 carrot (medium size )
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

For Service:

  • 1 cucumber _
  • 1 teaspoon of pomegranate seeds

How to Make Lightfry Steak Wrap Recipe with Vegetables?

  • Thin the tenderloin slices by rolling them over with a rolling pin between two pieces of stretch film.
  • Mix soy sauce, olive oil and crushed garlic in a small bowl.
  • Brush this mixture on both surfaces of the meat and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  • Remove the rested meat from the refrigerator to room temperature and meanwhile chop the red pepper, green pepper, carrot and onion into thin and long strips of similar sizes.
  • Put the vegetables in a bowl and mix them with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
  • Start Vestel Lightfry in meat mode and heat for 5 minutes.
  • Put the vegetable mixture into the meat and wrap it like a roll. If you are worried about your wrapper opening, you can also close the ends with a toothpick.
  • Place the meat in the hot bowl with the seams down and close the bowl.
  • After the first 3 minutes, turn the meat upside down with tongs. Repeat this process every 2 minutes to cook the meat to your desired level.
  • After your meat is cooked, place it hot on a serving plate, decorate it with finely chopped cucumber pieces and pomegranate seeds and serve.
