- 1 large zucchini
- 1 handful of dill
- 2 sprigs of spring onion
- 1 egg _
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 1/2 tea glass of corn flour
- 3 tablespoons of oil
How to Make Mini Zucchini Meatballs Recipe in Lightfry?
- Grate the zucchini, squeeze the juice with your hand and place it in a mixing bowl.
- Finely chop the dill and spring onion.
- Put chopped dill, spring onion, egg, salt, black pepper and flour on the zucchinis and knead lightly with your hands.
- After the mixture comes together, cover it and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, run Vestel Lightfry in vegetable mode.
