  • 1 handful of dill
  • 2 sprigs of spring onion
  • 1 egg _
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 1/2 tea glass of corn flour
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Mini Zucchini Meatballs Recipe in Lightfry?

  • Grate the zucchini, squeeze the juice with your hand and place it in a mixing bowl.
  • Finely chop the dill and spring onion.
  • Put chopped dill, spring onion, egg, salt, black pepper and flour on the zucchinis and knead lightly with your hands.
  • After the mixture comes together, cover it and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
