Ingredients for Mushroom Tenderloin Pieces Recipe in the Airfryer
  • 300 grams of tenderloin
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For Marination:

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of dried thyme
  • 1 clove of garlic (crushed)

For Service:

  • 1 spring onion ( thinly sliced)

How to Make Recipe for Tenderloin Pieces with Mushrooms in the Airfryer?

  • Mix the diced meat with lemon juice, olive oil, thyme and garlic in a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • When you want to cook the meat, take it out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for half an hour.
  • When the meat reaches room temperature, turn the Airfryer on to meat mode and start heating it.
  • Meanwhile, mix the meat with mushrooms, salt, black pepper, garlic and mustard.
  • Put the mixture into the hot baking chamber and spread it gently.
  • Do not remove the bowl for the first 4 minutes, then pull the bowl and shake it slightly every 2 minutes or turn the meat and mushrooms upside down using a spatula.
  • After 12 minutes, serve your mushroom tenderloin hot by sprinkling freshly chopped spring onion on it.
