  • 1.5 cups of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 grams of labneh cheese
  • 80 grams of fresh cream
  • 100 milliliters of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of starch

How to Make San Sebastian Cheesecake Recipe in Airfryer?

  • Beat the eggs and powdered sugar in a bowl with a mixer.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk cream cheese, clotted cream and cream cheese. Add cream, flour and starch and beat again on low setting.
  • Add the egg mixture onto the labneh mixture and mix well from bottom to top using a spatula.
  • Place baking paper in a deep mold that fits in the air fryer and pour the mixture over it.
  • Set the air fryer to 200 degrees and cook for 15 minutes.
  • After I see that it is browned, I cover it with baking paper and aluminum foil and cook it for another 20 minutes so that the inside is cooked well.
  • After letting it rest until it reaches room temperature, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, preferably 1 day. Remove the baking paper and slice and serve.
