- 1 small size cauliflower
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1.5 teaspoons of salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic (grated and crushed)
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 handful of fresh mint
How to Make Spicy Crispy Cauliflower Recipe in Airfryer?
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Take water in a pot and boil it. Add salt to the water. Add cauliflower to boiling water and boil for 4 minutes. Then strain.
- In a deep bowl, mix the oil, red pepper powder, coriander powder, salt, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, crushed garlic, corn flour and flour and make a mortar.
- Meanwhile, turn the airfryer on to vegetable mode and let it heat up.
- Add the cauliflower to the mixture you have prepared and mix it so that it is coated everywhere.
- Arrange the cauliflowers in the hot chamber of the Airfryer and close the chamber. Set it to 15 minutes by pressing and holding the time button.
- After the first 5 minutes, turn the cauliflower upside down and cook until all surfaces are browned.
- Serve the cooked crispy cauliflower with fresh mint leaves.
