I couldn't help but try trileçe, one of my favorite desserts, in the airfryer. I highly recommend you to try this recipe, which is perfectly proportioned, incredibly delicious and easy to make.
For the cake:
- 2 eggs _
- 1 tea glass of sugar
- 2.5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of vanillin
For sauce:
- 2 cups of milk
- 1/2 pack of cream
- 1/2 tea glass of sugar
- 1 pack of vanillin
For caramel:
- 1 tea glass of sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 pack of cream
For the above:
- 1 pack of whipped cream
- 1 glass of water Milk
How to Make Trileçe Recipe in Airfryer?
- First of all, we separate the whites and yolks of the eggs. Then we beat the white with a blender until it reaches the consistency of foam.
- We add sugar to the egg yolks, mix and gradually add the foamy white.
- Add the flour and baking powder and mix slowly from bottom to top with a spatula. We pour it onto our baking paper and cook it in the airfryer at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
- For the milk sauce, we add milk, sugar and cream in a pot and stir until the sugar dissolves. After it warms up, we let it cool down.
- After baking our cake, we cool it, turn it upside down into my baking tray and soak it with milk sauce. We are preparing 1 pack of whipped cream for the topping. We reserve a little bit to use for decoration and spread the rest evenly over the whipped cream cake.
- For caramel sauce; We melt the granulated sugar in a sauce pan. When it changes color, we add the butter. After the butter melts, we add the cream and mix. We boil it very little, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
- We spread the caramel we prepared well over the whipped cream. We decorate it with the whipped cream we reserved beforehand and shape it with a toothpick.
