- 125 grams of dark chocolate
- 125 milliliters of milk (1 tea glass)
- 3 eggs ( yolks and whites separated)
- 2 spoonful butter
- 1.5 tablespoons of flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
For Service:
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
How to Make Chocolate Soufflé Recipe?
- Put 125 milliliters of milk in a saucepan and heat it until it reaches the boiling point.
- Add the chocolate into it. After the chocolate melts, remove it from the stove.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a separate saucepan.
- Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour and fry until the smell disappears.
- After the smell of the flour disappears, add it into the chocolate milk mixture and add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, stirring constantly.
- Add 3 egg yolks, mix for another 2 minutes, then remove from the heat and let it cool.
- In a deep bowl, beat the whites of 3 eggs with a pinch of salt until they reach a consistency that does not run when you turn the bowl upside down.
- Combine the cooled chocolate mixture with the foamed egg whites and mix with the help of a spatula.
- Divide the mixture into the greased and cocoa-coated souffle cups, leaving an inch of space, and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
- As soon as it comes out of the oven, sprinkle powdered sugar on it and serve, enjoy!
