Ingredients for Cocoa Parfait Recipe
  • 2 packs of powder whipped cream
  • 1 glass of cold milk
  • 2 eggs _
  • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 2 soup spoons of cocoa
  • 1 pack of petibor biscuits
  • 1 packet of vanilla

For the above:

  • 2 heaping tablespoons powdered chocolate sauce
  • 1 glass of water Milk

How to Make Cocoa Parfait Recipe?

  • Beat 2 packs of powdered whipped cream and 1 glass of cold milk with a mixer until it thickens and reaches the consistency of shaving foam.
  • In another bowl, whisk the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla and cocoa well.
  • After adding the whipped cream you prepared, mix well and break the biscuits into large pieces with your hands and mix again.
  • Cover the inside of a loaf cake mold with stretch film.
  • Pour the parfait mixture you prepared into it, wrap it with stretch film, then put it in the freezer and freeze it for at least one night.
  • Before serving, for the chocolate sauce, put the milk and powdered chocolate sauce in a small pot, cook until it boils, then turn off the heat and cool it to room temperature, stirring occasionally to prevent a crust from forming.
  • When you want to serve, take the parfait out of the freezer, place it on a serving plate and remove the stretch film.
  • Pour the cooled chocolate sauce on top and serve by slicing. Bon appetit!
