Ingredients for Fake Cheesecake Recipe

For the base:

  • 2 packs of oatmeal biscuits
  • 100 grams of melted butter

For the pudding:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla

For the above:

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric

How to Make Fake Cheesecake Recipe?

  • Blend the biscuits and mix with melted butter.
  • Then, spread it well on the bottom of the springform mold and compress it by pressing it with the back of the glass. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Put milk, granulated sugar, vanilla and semolina in a pot and cook until it thickens.
  • After it cools down a bit, spread it over the biscuit mixture.
  • Take lemon juice, lemon zest and starch, mix well with a wire whisk and place on the stove.
  • Let it thicken over medium heat by stirring constantly. When it thickens, remove it from the stove and cool it by stirring for a few minutes. Then spread it well over the biscuit base and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1 night. If you don't have time, let it rest for at least 2-3 hours.
