Since desserts were not preferred at republican balls at that time, we wanted to include diamondiye, one of the popular desserts of the period, in the menu. Known as a fruit jelly that can be prepared with various fruits, we prepared it with melon, grapefruit, orange and strawberry.

A fruity dessert that delights the palate with its lightness and flavour. In this particular recipe, a magical transformation begins when the gelatin melts in a hot sugar mixture. Then, each piece of fruit settles into a soft nest in the sweet and slightly gelatinous mixture. Ingredients for Fruity Apple Recipe

For Diamond:

  • 20 grams of gelatin (8 leaves)
  • 2.5 glasses of water
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 pack of vanillin

For the inner material:

  • 1/2 melon _
  • 1 orange _
  • 1 bowl of strawberries
  • 1 grapefruit _

For the above:

  • 4 tablespoons of buffalo cream
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 4 walnuts _

How to Make Fruity Apple Recipe?

  • Soak the gelatin in very cold water and keep it in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours.
  • Mix water and sugar in a medium-sized pot, bring to a boil, add vanilla and stir before removing from the stove.
  • Squeeze the water from the gelatin in your palm, add it to the hot mixture and stir until it dissolves. Let the liquid mixture rest for 15 minutes to cool.
  • You can use any type of fruit you want. It is sufficient for the fruits to be cut in similar size and without peel. If orange etc. If you are going to use citrus fruits such as, you can use them in segment form.
  • Fill the fruit pieces halfway into the cups or containers you will serve and fill them with the warm gelatin mixture.
  • Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it rest for 12 hours until it hardens.
  • Before serving the dessert, put buffalo cream, dried apricots and walnut pieces on top and serve it cold. Enjoy your meal.
