- 1 pack of cat tongue biscuits
- 2 cups of milk (to soak the biscuits)
For the pudding:
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pack of vanillin
For the Top:
- 1.5 cups of milk
- 1 pack of ready-made chocolate sauce
For the above:
- 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seeds
- 1 tablespoon powdered pistachios
How to Make Kedidili Dessert Recipe?
- Take the milk in a wide plate and dip the cat tongues into the milk, back and forth, and then place them side by side in a bowl. When stacking, the sugary parts will remain on top.
- Put the ingredients for the pudding, except butter and vanillin, in a pot and whisk well. Put it on the stove and cook until it thickens. Finally, add vanilla and butter, mix and remove from the stove.
- After cooking, pour the pudding over the biscuits.
- To prepare the chocolate sauce in a sauce pot as written on the package, add chocolate sauce powder and milk into the pot. Cook by stirring over medium heat.
- Pour the chocolate sauce you prepared over the warm pudding. After it reaches room temperature, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
