Ingredients for Lemon Rice Pudding Recipe
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup broken rice
  • 2 glasses of water
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 lemon zest

How to Make Lemon Rice Pudding Recipe?

  • Wash the rice well and put it in the pot. Add water and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Make sure the rice is cooked when the water is absorbed. If it is not cooked, add some water.
  • Mash the cooked rice a little with the back of the ladle. Add milk to the rice and mix. Cook over low heat until the milk starts to boil.
  • When it starts to boil, add sugar. Cook for another 5 minutes and turn off the stove.
