Ingredients for Orange Dessert Recipe
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 1/2 cup semolina
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 1 grated orange peel
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 pack of vanillin
  • 3 cups flour

For the inside:

  • 1 cup walnuts (coarsely ground)
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

For the sherbet:

  • 2.5 cups of granulated sugar
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 2-3 drops of lemon juice

How to Make Orange Dessert Recipe?

  • First, prepare the sherbet and let it cool. Take sugar and water in a pot. Let it boil, stirring occasionally. After it starts to boil, add the lemon and cook for another 5 minutes. Then remove it from the stove and let it cool.
  • Transfer all the ingredients for the dough, except flour, into a bowl.
  • Start kneading by adding flour little by little.
  • Knead a soft dough that does not stick to the hand.
  • Cut walnut-sized pieces from the dough and roll them out in your hands. For the filling, mix walnuts, cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. For the dough, put all the ingredients except flour in a deep bowl.
  • Put the walnut mixture in it, close it and roll it.
