Ingredients for Supangle Recipe
  • 1 liter milk
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate spread
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 3 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 70 grams of dark chocolate
  • 3 teaspoons of butter
  • 2 slices of cocoa cake
  • 2 tablespoons coconut powder (for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon pureed pistachios (for topping)

How to Make Supangle Recipe?

  • Put the milk, sugar, egg yolk and sifted flour, starch and cocoa mixture in a deep pot and mix until smooth. Place the pot on the stove and cook, stirring, until it thickens.
  • Remove the cooked cream from the stove, add the spreadable chocolate cream and dark chocolate and start mixing with a mixer. While whisking, add the cold butter little by little and continue this process for about ten minutes until the cream becomes warm.
  • Place cake pieces on the bottom of the presentation containers and fill them with supangle. Decorate the desserts as you wish, let them rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour and serve. Enjoy your meal.
