Summer is here, we won't eat a huge tart now. We cannot eat, we must not eat. But if you are one of those who say "We cannot say no to a tiny tartlet", no problem, we are of the same mind.

For the tartlet dough:
- 2 cups flour

How to Make Tartlet Recipe?
- For the dough, mix flour, powdered sugar, salt and butter.
- Add the egg and gather the dough. Wrap the dough in stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- For the cream, put all the ingredients in the pot except butter and vanilla. Cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
- After cooking, add vanilla and butter.
- Divide the rested dough into equal parts according to your tartlet mold. Roll out each piece slightly. Place in greased molds.
- Cut off the excess part with the help of a knife. Poke holes in the middle with a fork.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown. Remove the cooked tartlets from the mold. Put the cream in a squeeze bag.
- Pipe as desired for your tartlets. Decorate it with fruits. Enjoy your meal.
