How to Make Albanian Style Calamari Recipe?
- Put the oil in the pressure cooker and place your pot on medium heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the grated onion. When the onions turn pink, add tomato paste (or tomato paste).
- Add salt and pepper. After 2-3 minutes, add the meat with bones.
- Fry the meat a little by turning it over low heat. Add hot water after 5-6 minutes.
- Close the pressure cooker lid. Boil for 30 minutes on low heat.
- Meanwhile, wash the rice thoroughly in cold water. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees. Let the superheater work, up and down, but not the fan. When the meat is cooked, drain it and set it aside.
- Remove the skins from the meat. Spread the rice in the oven or on a pyrex tray.
- Add 4 glasses (1 to 2 ratio) of strained broth. Arrange the meat on top and put it in the oven. Move the tray closer to the bottom. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Cover it thoroughly and remove it when the water has absorbed. Cover it with another tray. After letting it rest for a while, it is ready to serve.
