Ingredients for Baked Chicken and Potatoes Recipe
  • 5 chicken legs
  • 2 onions
  • 5 potatoes
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil

How to Make Baked Chicken and Potatoes Recipe?

  • Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into large slices. Slice the peppers too.
  • Slice the onions and tomatoes.
  • Cut the garlic with a knife, not too thinly.
  • Mix boiling water, olive oil, spices, salt and tomato paste in a deep bowl.
  • Spread the vegetables on your baking tray. Arrange chicken pieces on top and pour your tomato paste sauce over the chicken on the tray.
  • Cover your tray with baking paper and bake at 240 degrees, covered, for 20 minutes.
