- 5 chicken legs
- 2 onions
- 5 potatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 1 tomato
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1/2 tea glass of olive oil
How to Make Baked Chicken and Potatoes Recipe?
- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into large slices. Slice the peppers too.
- Slice the onions and tomatoes.
- Cut the garlic with a knife, not too thinly.
- Mix boiling water, olive oil, spices, salt and tomato paste in a deep bowl.
