Baked Chicken Recipe
As the clock starts to show the afternoon, the same question always starts to come to mind. ''What should I cook for dinner?'' It is our preference as it is not too tiring, does not distract the hands, is satisfying yet light, especially as the summer months are approaching. Sometimes we have difficulty in feeding vegetable dishes to the household. We wanted to use lots of vegetables and make it a delicious meal that everyone could enjoy.
We opened our fridge and took the vegetables that were always there. We added chicken and mixed it well with olive oil. We also got help from spices and put it in the oven. After it was cooked, we added cheddar cheese and fried it well. We have prepared a meal that you will enjoy with both vegetables and delicious chicken meat. We are sure that you will love this recipe, which is rich in protein, vitamins and benefits. As long as the chicken and vegetables are fresh, don't worry. Bring rice, tzatziki and soup with it! - 3 chicken breasts
- 2 zucchinis _
- 2 carrots _
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 10 shallots _
- 2 potatoes _
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 100 grams of cheddar cheese
- 1.5 tea glasses of water
How to Make Baked Chicken Recipe?
- Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes.
- Chop the zucchinis into thick cubes without peeling them.
- Peel your shallots and remove the green stems of the cherry tomatoes.
- Chop the chicken breasts into cubes.
- Transfer it all into a pyrex or ceramic baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic and thyme. Mix well with your hands.
- Add water, cover it with aluminum foil or the lid of your container if you have one, and cook at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
- Then uncover it and cook it like this for another 5 minutes.
- Take it out of the oven, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on it and bake again until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
- Take it out of the oven and enjoy it hot.
