- 500 grams boneless cubed chicken breast
- Juice of 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons of yoghurt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1.5 coffee cups of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary (optional)

- 1 teaspoon black pepper

How to Make Baked Chicken Shish Recipe?
- To marinate the chicken skewers, add olive oil, yoghurt, onion juice, grated garlic, salt and spices to a deep mixing bowl. Mix the ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous sauce.
