For chicken marinade:

  • 3 chicken legs
  • 1 grated onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 1 onion _
