  • 6 chicken thighs
  • 3 potatoes _
  • 2 carrots _
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic

For sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons (heaping) tarhana powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil

For service:

  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

How to Make Baked Chicken with Tarhana and Vegetables Recipe?

  • Mix tarhana, salt, cumin, boiling water and olive oil in a large bowl.
  • Chop the chicken hips, potatoes, carrots, onions, yellow peppers, green peppers and garlic into large cubes. Add it to the mixture you prepared and mix.
  • Transfer the mixture you prepared to a baking tray lined with baking paper and press it with your palm.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
  • While the food is hot, sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top and serve. Enjoy your meal.
