Ingredients for Baked Nugget Recipe
  • 1 kg. chicken breast
  • 6 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 teaspoons cumin

For the inside:

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

To find:

  • 2 eggs
  • 300 grams of breadcrumbs

For the above:

  • 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil

How to Make Baked Nugget Recipe?

  • Chop the chicken breast meat into cubes and then turn it into minced meat by pulling it from the food processor.
  • After adding breadcrumbs and spices, knead well.
  • Stretch the mixture you prepared and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then, take half of it on the counter where you spread stretch film, put stretch film on it and then roll it out with the help of a rolling pin.
  • Cut the dough into circles using a tea glass and put cheddar cheese in the middle.
  • Roll out the other half of the filling in the same way, cut circles from it and cover it on top of the circles with cheddar cheese.
  • Wet your hands slightly, close the edges and shape it into a round shape. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
