- 900 grams of potatoes
- 3 chicken legs
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 3-4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
How to Make Baked Potato Chicken Recipe?
- First of all, we make deep cuts on the chicken legs with the help of a knife.
- We prepare the chicken marinade with tomato paste, vinegar, honey, oil and spices and distribute it evenly all over the chicken. We wrap it in stretch film and keep it in the fridge.
- While the chickens are waiting, we start preparing the potatoes. We chop the potatoes into large pieces without peeling them.
- We boil the chopped potatoes in boiling salted water for 10 minutes, drain the water without waiting and put them in the mixing bowl.
- We finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and 2 sprigs of rosemary and fry them in oil until fragrant.
