Ingredients for Beykoz Kebab Recipe
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 4 eggplants _
  • 1 onion _
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

To fry:

  • 2 cups oil

For mashed potatoes:

  • 2 mashed potatoes
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

For sauce:

  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

For the above:

  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

How to Make Beykoz Kebab Recipe?

  • Peel the eggplants in various colours.
  • Fry 2 cups of oil in a large pan and then place it on a paper towel to drain the excess oil.
  • Chop the chicken, peppers and onions into cubes.
  • Put the olive oil in a separate pot and fry the chopped onions until they turn pink. Then, add the chicken meat you cut into cubes and the pepper you chopped finely and continue roasting. Finally, add salt and pepper and turn off the heat.
  • Boil the potatoes in a separate pot. Peel the shells.
  • Mash it with a fork and turn it into a puree. Add the butter and milk to the mashed potatoes in a sauce pan and cook, stirring, until the milk is absorbed. Add salt and mix well.
  • Arrange the fried eggplants in a baking dish and cut open the abdomen with a knife. Fill this part with the chicken mixture you prepared. Put the mashed potatoes you prepared on top and finally sprinkle grated cheddar on top.
  • For the sauce, mix water and tomato paste and pour into the baking dish.
  • Leave to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
