It is possible to make crispy chicken with the bread crumbs you get from your stale bread. You will also be able to utilize your bread and prevent waste. And you'll have a wonderful dinner. So, here you go.
- 2 medium sized chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the above:
- 200 grams of bread crumbs
- 2 eggs _
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
To fry:
- 1/2 cup oil
How to Make Bread Crumb Coated Crispy Chicken Recipe?
- Place your chickens between two stretch films and beat them with a hard object until they become thin.
- Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and let it rest in the fridge for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare your stations.
- If the bread crumbs are large, put them in a food processor or crumble them by hand. Spread into a bowl.
- Break the eggs and beat lightly. Add salt, black pepper and olive oil and mix again.
