- 1 medium size whole chicken
For the bread filling:
- 1/2 piece of bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 bunch of parsley
- 1 egg _
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the above:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 5 grams of fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon of ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to Make Bread Stuffed Chicken Recipe?
- Wash the skin and inside of the whole medium-sized chicken in plenty of water and dry it.
- Crumble the bread crumbs into large pieces; Mix with the addition of eggs, milk, grated garlic, finely chopped parsley, salt and black pepper. (You can increase or decrease the amount of breadcrumbs and milk depending on the size of the chicken)
- Using a spoon, fill the inside of the whole chicken, which you have dried and rubbed with salt, with the bread stuffing mixture you have prepared.
- For the top of the chicken; Mix the butter, olive oil, peeled and grated fresh ginger, cleaned rosemary branches, thyme, ground pepper and salt in a small bowl.

- Bake the chicken in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 90 minutes until golden brown. After portioning it, share it with your loved ones.
