Bulgur Chicken Wrap Recipe
If you want to make different recipes that add elegance and flavor to your dinners, we have a recipe for you that is full of flavor both inside and out!
Bulgur, which is indispensable for Turkish cuisine, has a great contribution to this recipe. While making stuffed meatballs, we turn fine bulgur mixture into dough and add minced meat, this time bulgur took the leading role in the stuffing. We made chicken fillets into finely pounded form. We prepared bulgur pilaf in a pot with fresh mint, fresh basil and lots of pepper. We placed our bulgur mixture right in the middle of the chicken and wrapped it in a roll. We made the final touch with a delicious sauce made of yoghurt and tomato paste and baked it in the oven. It was so delicious that we couldn't get enough of it. When the delicious taste of bulgur meets the tender meat of the chicken, a wonderful dinner is created!
We served it with boiled and sautéed vegetables. If you wish, you can prepare and serve a little more bulgur stuffing. We definitely recommend you to try this flavor. Bon appetit in advance!
