Quesadilla, a Mexican flavor hidden between tortilla breads, has many alternatives. He loves vegetables, tenderloin, chicken and seafood. It becomes irresistible with cheddar cheese.

- 4 tortilla breads
- 250 grams of fillet chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 medium sized onion
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 100 grams grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 bunch of parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon cajun spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For service:
- 2 tablespoons sour cream sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili thai sauce
How to Make Cheddar Chicken Quesadilla Recipe?
- To prepare the chicken stuffing of Mexican flavor; Chop the medium-sized onion into white pieces. Cut the colored bell peppers in half and remove their seeds into long thin strips.
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and chop them finely. Slice the fillet chicken breast meat to match the vegetables.
- Heat the olive oil in a wok if possible. Sauté the chopped onions in hot oil until they get a light color, adding a sugar cube if desired.
- Mix in between, respectively; After adding chopped chicken fillet, colored peppers and mushrooms, continue sautéing all the ingredients over high heat.
