  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 pieces boneless chicken thighs

How to Make Cheddar Chicken Wrapped in Eggplant Recipe?

  • Peel the eggplants in various colours. Leave it in water with 1 tablespoon of salt for 15-20 minutes.
  • Put the frying oil on the stove and wait for it to heat up thoroughly.
  • Set the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Dry the eggplants well and fry them.
  • Heat the olive oil in a heated pan and cook the boneless chicken pieces on both sides, seasoning them as they cook.
  • Place baking paper into a heat-resistant glass bowl.
