Ingredients for Chicken Almond Rice Recipe

For Almond Rice:

  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1.5 cups of rice
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 sugar cube
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 glasses of water
  • 1 handful of almonds

For the Baked Chicken:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of yoghurt

How to Make Chicken Almond Rice Recipe?

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Wash and clean the chicken. Rub it well with olive oil, yoghurt, salt and pepper, add a glass of water to the oven bag and place it in the oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Grate the carrots lengthwise. Roast it with olive oil in a rice pot. Add rice and continue roasting.
