It is very easy to prepare instant crepe mixture and create wonders with it! If you want to use the leftover products from the previous meal you made at home, this recipe is perfect for using the leftovers! We had boiled a whole chicken, there was a lot left over, and to use it up, we prepared a delicious chicken mixture with pepper. We whipped the crepe mixture, prepared our béchamel sauce, combined it all, added the final touch with grated cheddar and put it in the oven. It was so delicious!

Ingredients for Chicken Bohça Kebab Recipe

For the Crepes:

  • 2 eggs _
  • 1.5 cups of milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

For internal mortar:

  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 onion (chopped )
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 red capia pepper
  • 300 grams chicken breast (shredded)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the above:

  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups béchamel sauce

How to Make Chicken Bohça Kebab Recipe?

  • First, beat the eggs thoroughly in a bowl. Then add milk, flour, salt and oil and mix.
  • Heat the crepe pan. Pour a ladleful of mixture into the heated pan, spread it over the entire pan and cook both sides.
  • To prepare the stuffing, add oil to a pan. Add the chopped onions and fry them, then add the peppers.
  • After adding the shredded chicken, salt and black pepper, continue mixing and remove from the stove.
  • Place one of the pancakes you have cooked in an empty bowl. Add the stuffing on top, close it, turn it upside down and place it in an oven-proof baking dish.
  • After adding béchamel sauce and grated cheddar cheese on the crepes, bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
