Ingredients for Chicken Broth Soup Recipe Tasting Like Trotters
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 1/2 tea glass of rice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 green pepper ( optional)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 5 glasses of water
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

How to Make Chicken Broth Soup Recipe Tasting Like Trotters?

  • Transfer the chickens into the pot, add water and start boiling.
  • Cook in this way over medium heat until the chicken is cooked and becomes nicely soft. Then take the chicken out and shred it into desired sizes.
  • Add tomato paste and oil into the water. Make sure it opens up nicely in the tomato paste. Then add lemon juice.
  • Add grated garlic and rice into this boiling water.
  • When the rice softens a little, add the shredded chicken. Add salt and spices, mix well and remove from the stove.
