Ingredients for Chicken Büryan Pilaf Recipe
  • 5-6 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 carrot (diced )
  • 1 small bowl of peas
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 large grated tomatoes (or tomato sauce)
  • 3-3.5 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

For the chicken:

  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste

How to Make Chicken Büryan Pilaf Recipe?

  • First, put the chicken in a pot, add enough water to cover it and let it boil. After the chicken is boiled, remove the skin if you wish.
  • Wash the rice well and soak it in warm water for 20 minutes. Chop the onion for food. Roast it in a pot. Add the carrots you cut into cubes and continue roasting.
  • Add the peas and turn a few times.
  • Add grated tomatoes and rice and fry for a few more minutes.
