If you wish, it is possible to prepare it with fatty red meat or turkey meat. Although it seems difficult, the preparation steps are actually quite simple, we think it will be an indispensable recipe for your crowded tables once you try it.

We boil the chicken and drain the water, then add the drained water to the roasted rice and spread it on our tray. We place the boiled chickens on top, cover them with sauce to make them brown like a pomegranate, then put them in the oven. That's it! Ingredients for Roasted Chicken Recipe

For chickens:

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 onion (small size )

For the pilaf:

  • 4 cups of rice
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 tablespoons (heaping) butter
  • 1 glass of bulgur for rice

For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoons of yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

To add to the baking tray:

  • 9 teaspoons of butter
  • 1 liter of chicken broth (from the water in which you boiled the chicken)

How to Make Chicken Calamari Recipe?

  • Place the chickens in a pot and add water.
  • After adding black pepper, bay leaf and onion, let it cook over low-medium heat. Boil the chicken until it is cooked through.
  • To prepare the pilaf, heat the oil and butter in a pan.
  • After draining the rice you have soaked in water, add it to the pan.
  • After adding bulgur and salt, mix well and fry lightly.
  • Take the boiled chickens out of the pot. Strain the chicken broth and set it aside to use when baking it in the oven.
  • To prepare the sauce you will put on the chicken, mix yoghurt, red pepper powder, salt and oil in a bowl.
  • Pour the roasted rice mixture onto a 40 centimeter diameter tray, smooth it over and spread it evenly. Arrange well on boiled chicken drumsticks.
  • Apply the sauce you prepared on the chicken with a brush.
  • Pour 1 liter of the boiled chicken broth into the tray. It will be enough to pour enough to lightly cover the rice. Sprinkle the butter between the chicken pieces.
  • Place the baking paper you cut in the middle on the tray.
  • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes. Serve hot, enjoy your meal.
