Chicken Çökertme Kebab Recipe

For chickens:
- 2 pieces of chicken breast
- 4-5 tablespoons of oil
To marinate:
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
For the tomato paste sauce:
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tea glass of water
For the above:
- 1 bowl of garlic yoghurt
For potatoes:
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1.5 cups of oil (enough)
How to Make Chicken Çökertme Kebab Recipe?
- First, wash the chicken and cut it into thin julienne pieces. Mix the ingredients for marination with the chicken.
- Cover it and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Place the waiting chicken on the oil we heated in a large pot.
- Spread the chicken on the bottom of the pot and let it brown on high heat without stirring.
- When the bottom is browned, stir and fry the other sides. Do not mix too much so that the chicken does not fall apart.
- Once the chicken is well browned, remove it from the stove.
- For the sauce, put oil and tomato paste in a small pot. Sauté the tomato paste a little and add water. When the water boils, our sauce is ready.
- While the chicken is sautéing, peel the potatoes and chop them thinly like toothpicks. Fry in hot oil.
- When it is fried, put it on a towel. Prepare garlic yoghurt in a medium bowl.
- First add potatoes to the serving plate, top with garlic yoghurt, then tomato paste sauce and lastly the chicken. Decorate with parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
