  • 5 chicken thighs
  • 4 glasses of flour
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (can be reduced or increased)
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 0.5 liters of oil (for frying)

How to Make Chicken Çullama Recipe?

  • Boil the chicken thighs until cooked, either in a pressure cooker or in a regular pot, and remove from the stove.
  • Set aside 2 cups of the chicken broth in the pot.
  • Separate the chicken from the bones and cut the chicken into pieces that are neither too large nor too small.
